James joined Field in May 2024. He previously spent a decade working for politicians in Parliament and London’s City Hall, including MPs, Assembly Members and Deputy Mayors. He spent the last four years specialising in planning and regeneration policy at the London Assembly, building up a detailed knowledge of the London Plan.
