Jen joined Field in March 2025. She has 15 years’ experience working for politicians, trade unions and in the third sector. In her previous role she was an advisor to a trade union on campaigns and communications, and before that she was Head of Office to a Labour MP.

Jen has specific expertise in transport, trade unions and the Labour Party and works with clients in a range of sectors to deliver creative and impactful communications and public affairs campaigns.
