Joe joined Field Consulting in May 2025 and brings experience from another public affairs company. He works across a range of clients in the housing and rail sectors.

Joe studied politics at the University of Exeter, where he led a homelessness awareness charity in his final year. Joe was also a policy development intern on a West Midlands Mayoral campaign.
