Jen joined Field in 2025 with 15 years’ experience in campaigns, communications and public affairs. She was formerly Head of Office to an MP and an adviser at a national rail trade union, having started her career in the third sector.

Jen is a Labour councillor and has a wide Labour Party network of contacts and expertise, alongside specific policy knowledge in the transport sector, and works across Field’s rail, transport and infrastructure clients offering strategic advice on public affairs and stakeholder management and delivering creative and impactful campaigns.
